It's a ruby.

Chalet Gstaad

A newly built chalet where tradition is quietly reinterpreted into a calm, contemporary alpine home with its own distinct character. Wood panelling, in its form inspired by traditional Swiss architecture and distilled to its essence, is reinterpreted beyond the typical mountain look. Natural materials such as wood, stone, metal and textiles echo the surrounding landscape and are chosen to age gracefully, allowing traces of daily life to remain visible and deepening the connection between house, place and inhabitants. A flexible kitchen layout with glass cabinets and pivot doors allows the space to feel open and connected for everyday life, yet can be closed when a greater sense of calm and privacy is desired.

“I am speechless at how beautiful everything turned out.”
